Patient Ally is La Mer’s secure online website that gives patients convenient 24-hour access to personal health in- formation by the electronic record maintained our providers.
Patient Ally is a free service that will allow you to:
- Send/Receive secure messages to/from your healthcare provider
- Track your medication history
- Request prescription refills
- Request/View lab results from your Physician
- Securely store & transmit medical history and medical documents
- View your latest vitals or enter and keep track of your own vitals
- Personalized education resources
A New Link in Patient Care
Electronic communication between patients and healthcare providers is part of the way healthcare is changing to become safer, better coordinated, more efficient and focused on helping patients like you manage their health.
You may be getting requests from different healthcare providers who have taken care of you—doctors, clinics and hospitals—asking you to sign up to communicate with them online.
Until recently, most health care records were stored in paper files. Today, healthcare providers and hospitals are adopting electronic health records and other information technologies that make it possible for patients and providers to easily and conveniently communicate with each other over the internet.

Is My Information Secure?
Sharing information online with your healthcare provider is safe and secure. Strict federal and state laws help to assure that health information is available only to those with permission to see it.
How Do I Begin?
Talk to your provider or La Mer’s patient services coordinator, let them know that you are interested in joining Patient Ally.
You will be emailed a link to start with Patient Ally.
Who Do I Contact If I Need Help?

Patient Ally Activation:
La Mer will get your email address and an email containing a link to “Patient Ally” will be sent to your inbox. This link is valid for 30 days.
Click on the “Patient Ally Registration” link, it will take you to the portal where you will create your password.
Once you are inside the portal, you can link securely with your La Mer Provider and may be eligible to receive money-saving coupons for over-the-counter medications or other healthcare products!
You can send us messages (like email) using the Patient Ally System.
