Healthified Shamrock Shake!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day Everyone!

If you don’t find a four-leaf clover today, it's still your lucky day! I have a wonderful recipe for a healthified “Shamrock” Shake! Enjoy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup coconut milk

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract

  • 1 leaves large handful fresh mint to taste

  •  local raw honey or maple syrup to taste

  • 1 cup spinach

 

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

I like to add more mint and carob nibs to mine, it makes it taste like mint chip ice cream!
